Who We Are
West County Investments (WCI) is a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting company serving the Inland Empire, specifically the I-15 corridor cities of Corona, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Murrieta, Perris and Temecula, California.
Since 1980 Gary Washburn has been active in the commercial real estate market providing marketing, sales, geographic knowledge and development services to a select group of clients. WCI is a company that specializes in finding properties in the path of growth. We currently have premium development sites available for residential, multi-family, retail and industrial uses.
