Gary holds a Masters Degree in Geography from UCR and a Land Use Certificate from (ITC) International Institute for Aerial Surveying for Earth Sciences in Enschede, Holland. He served on the City of Lake Elsinore Planning Commission for 8 years and was elected to the City Council in 1988. He served as Mayor of Lake Elsinore for 7 years. His extensive experience in city government, planning, zoning and land use directly benefits his clients.
