He specializes in commercial property sales, site selection and commercial development services, planning and zoning consulting and finding properties in the path of growth. Gary enjoys using his expertise working closely with clients to deliver superior results.

Gary holds a Masters Degree in Geography from UCR and a Land Use Certificate from (ITC) International Institute for Aerial Surveying for Earth Sciences in Enschede, Holland. He served on the City of Lake Elsinore Planning Commission for 8 years and was elected to the City Council in 1988. He served as Mayor of Lake Elsinore for 7 years. His extensive experience in city government, planning, zoning and land use directly benefits his clients.

Gary's client list includes 3M Corona, Rightway Company, Civic Partners, Accurate Leak Locators, Inc. and Nova Homes.
