Finding properties in the path of progress Gary has extensive experience working with land owners, investors and buyers assisting them with commercial properties from acquisition to development. He specializes in commercial property sales, site selection and commercial development services, planning and zoning consulting and finding properties in the path of growth. Gary enjoys using his expertise working closely with clients to deliver superior results.

Gary holds a Masters Degree in Geography from UCR and a Land Use Certificate from (ITC) International Institute for Aerial Surveying for Earth Sciences in Enschede, Holland. He served on the City of Lake Elsinore Planning Commission for 8 years and was elected to the City Council in 1988. He served as Mayor of Lake Elsinore for 7 years. His extensive experience in city government, planning, zoning and land use directly benefits his clients.

Gary's client list includes 3M Corona, Rightway Company, Civic Partners, Accurate Leak Locators, Inc. and Nova Homes.

Brent is Gary's Grandson, and works with his business to help diagnose standard computer technical issues. Affectionately referred to as the "IT Guy," he is responsible for transferring information to and from the different systems that WCI uses, and ensuring that data is readily accessible.

When he is not working in the office Brent spends his time at the French Valley Airport, working as a Flight Instructor to share his passion for aviation with his students as he helps them begin to explore the world of flying. He often volunteers his pilot services to help Gary attend business meetings, or capture aerial images of properties that are listed. Brent is a Certified Commercial Pilot for both Single and Multi-Engine airplanes, and holds his Flight Instructor and Instrument Rating. He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in May of 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautics and a Minor in Meteorology.
